Well they haven't really refused, they've just executed the terms of the policy. Either way from experience if you clicked yes to this on the quote screen when I was a broker, we could only find 1 insurer who'd quote and they were astronomical. Get them fitted for you when you buy a tyre and then there's no hassle.

Or get your own mousse changer if you can afford it and then they're easy. Quarter the time to fit a mousse than a tube!
