And spray them with GT85 after every wash in the future.... people will laugh and tut but the adjusters won’t seize.

Run the inner tube at 100 to 110psi, and the tyre pressure dependant on the terrain... i.e. for road riding make it higher (12/13psi) and muddy lanes make it lower (~6psi or less). Good run yesterday... the sloppy conditions caught a few out but glad everyone was still smiling at the end. See you on another run soon!
