Hi All,
Sorry, I will have to pull out.
My boots got finally shredded on the last ride and the my new ones, which were due for delivery last Wednesday haven’t arrived yet. They are probably stuck in a snowdrift somewhere.
Will join next time.
Safe ride
Cheers
Ernst

Hi all,

I'm going to reschedule the ride out.

It is mad out there, snowing again, getting colder, roads are nuts, full of crazy drivers wanting to be in my car boot.

There is no rush to get out and it will certainly wait a week or so.

I'll be at Rykas in the morning in a car to catch any that miss this posting.

There are other ride leaders that will ride out tomorrow but just be aware this was/is a beginners easy ride and in my view conditions are going to be challenging and cold.

Cheers

Steven

Yeah I think I'm gonna give it a miss considering the weather this afternoon and although it's not gonna be too bad tomorrow it's gonna be bitter!

Steven put me down for the date you reschedule for.

Thanks
Ben

It’s weird that you won’t even acknowledge my offer Steven? Second time around too... let me know if you have an issue we should discuss.

Anyone still keen for a beginners ride tomorrow I will happily lead. It’s just a bit of cold and a bit of snow. We will take it slow, avoid the really slippery chalky lanes and help each other out. Done it before, doing it again on Sunday. I’m not tying to steal anyone’s thunder... it’s just a pity if guys want to ride to not ride.

Drop me a message at 0 77 seven two three five six 889 if you are up for this.

Good riding with you today Dave and Grant. We’re unlikely to see those lanes like that anytime soon.

Hi Dominic,

I have no issue with you or anyone else on here.

I didn't see the need to reply as anyone reading your post could have, and did, reply saying yup I'll be up for the ride in the cold if Steve doesn't run it.

You're not stealing anyone's thunder at all and its great to see folks wanting to lead rides out, more people should step forward.

Please continue offering to lead ride outs, keep supporting the TRF and I'll do better next time to reply even to just acknowledge the posting.

Cheers
