westers lane, south warnborough route no 10

Wanted to join this boat from the beginning but appears to be closed at its north end, just south of South Warnborough on the B3349.

Had a look at HCCs RoW site and no closure that i could see.

Not a big deal; i joined from the byway a little further on.

Interested to know if it's a valid block off, or not
