KTM or Husaberg

Postby Chelsea » Tue Nov 10, 2015 6:09 pm

After a bit of advice, having been relieved of my 400EXC by some thieving toe rags I am looking for a replacement
KTM 350 EXC seems to get rave reviews but not many about and a bit rich for my budget (4k) have seen a couple of Husaberg FE350's for quite a bit less but seem to be pretty much the same bike apart from the plastic sub frame and front forks.
anyone got any experience, good or bad with these ?
Cheers

Phil

HI Phil,
Sorry; I've no relevant experience to share but I was wondering why you wouldn't replace with another 400exc; do you just fancy a change or is it that you want to buy new?

Luke's two stroke Husaberg would be excellent (list on here at the moment)

.... a number of us left four strokes behind and definitely makes riding the hard stuff easier.

cheaper maintenance and a better riding experience.

I have ridden the ktm350exc in romania a few years ago and they were good .. but was always worried about the expense when the motor goes ... so two stroke for me

Cheers guys
The 400 was great and I had no plans to change it but when it did go I thought would try something else, have found a 350EXC which I pick up on Friday so look forward to getting back out again
