Beginner's Ride 18/19 and/or 25/26 April

Postby CraigRK » Sun Mar 22, 2015 4:01 pm

Hi,

I've been lurking on here since around October/November when I decided to start Trail Riding. A friend (Steve) and I hope to attend the club night this Tuesday (if it's on) and will join the TRF officially then (been waiting till ready to ride).

I have a CRF250M/L which I have been running in on the road. I am off out of the country on holiday next week which is why I am putting this request in early. I also noted there are not often beginner runs. :)

Steve has a WR250 and used to do MX racing in his youth.

I have a number of years of motorcycling experience and have been on an offroad course and trail riding in Spain. I haven't been on any official TRF rides yet though, hence the request for a beginner ride.

Steve & I are going to the Taffy Dakar on the May Bank Holiday weekend, so hope to get some rides in here in Surrey before then.

TIA, :D

Thanks Steve. I'll see you Tuesday. Not sure my friend can make it though, but we'll see.

Looking forward to getting into the fray with the rest of you guys.
