Brian, I don`t think you can actually delete a post once it has been answered/replied to.

ok. thanks, however, the isue here is for some reason. my post had been formatted so as to always to come up at the top of the list, it is annoying , and no longer relevant. how can i remove it, and if the forum admin wishes to delete it. please go ahead. i have done all i can on this now. sorry for annoying some users. not good at this sort of stuff, now finding out why I do not often bother with it. over and out, its to to site/ forum admin to sort. cheers, thanks for your help.
