February Club Night - Tuesday 24th February

Hi,

Please find agenda for February club night. I will not be able to make club night due to work, can you all make new members welcome. Steven can you run the evening. Can someone jot down the runs and advertise them at club night. Thanks Steve

8-30 Arrive grab a beer, meet new members, mark up maps, informal chat.
Welcome to new, old and prospective members!
We are here to discuss routes, ride outs , answer any questions etc.
John our new master map holder will have the marked up maps for TRF members .

9-00 More formal bit

Total Emergency closure for all users, now in place, for Buckland BY 479.
Hodgen Lane BY 104 Run Leaders take note: Voluntary restraint here called for please:
Wolvens Lane BY 526: currently very bad condition in parts, where banks have been eroded by 4 x 4 excursions
Coldharbour Lane BY 527- this is open but eroding where it collapsed last year from a burst water main- there is also here a strong move to TRO this lane, so care needs to be taken with regard to local residents and minimise antagonism.
Many other lanes are currently suffering from the wet weather, and the abuse from the 4 x 4 sector- please report and photograph any illegal activity, but do not put yourself into danger. There are CCTV cameras active, and the policed are patrolling the lanes in their own 4 x 4 and by motorcycle. Please help them to do their job, and stay legal!
- Future Rides
- Lee Walters training in Surrey 28/29 March. - maximum of 10 riders each day. The cost will be £65 per person per day plus £5 for lunch if you want it - Steve B
