Went to Wales this weekend for snowrun timecard enduro. What a great event. Rode as sportsman this year, that was tough enough for me, still a few minutes late on all my time checks. First lap is tough because everyone is riding together, getting stuck in the woods and in each other's way. By the 2nd lap it's far more spread out - I guess a lot of riders DNF.
Took the 150 ktm this time, was perfect but terribly under geared for the fire roads, must add a tooth to front sprocket next year.
If you want to add a Wales enduro to your list of achievements I can thoroughly recommend the snowrun. Well organised by WTRA, a really fun weekend.
