Other Events of interest - October 2016

Been looking to get a calendar on the forum for a couple of years, but nowt to date. So here is what I know about for October 2016..........

8th/9th Oct. Littleton Manor Horse event. See separate post for this one.

11/16th October - FIM International Six Days' Enduro (ISDE) - Spain. Witley MCC has a team entered in this one, local club and some local riders.

23rd October. Witley 100 Long Distance Trial. As this is a local event, many Surrey TRF members will be riding. There is an opportunity to help out with observing or even a chance to ride the route before the event by helping to poster the event……..

23rd October. Exmoor Forest Ride Days Sunday 23rd Oct. Another chance to ride some great terrain in a friendly atmosphere, with Somerset TRF. See http://www.somerset-trf.com/exmoordays.html for details

27/30th October - The 2016 International Dirt Bike Show at Stoneleigh Park, near Coventry, Warwickshire http://www.dirtbikeshow.co.uk/

1st November - Local seasonal TRO's come into effect! Don't get caught out by planning a ride that uses any of these seasonal TRO's.........

Derek, this is a great idea.

If I had known about them I would have put my name down for both Sweetlamb and Wickwar.
Please let me know any dates you might be thinking of for Sweetlamb, I'd definitely be up for that!

Where are you getting the info for these events from? The national TRF forum, Clubs, ACU, Enduro news, Facebook? I'm only asking because it's clear that I'm missing out on some events that I'd like to do due to not knowing where the best places are to look.
It's a shame we don't have a calendar, if we had one it would be a useful resource that everyone could use to enter events and help to promote rides and meets, they work well on other forums and it makes a lot of sense to have one.
