Oil coming out of overflow?

Oil coming out of overflow?

Anyone know what's causing oil to come out of here?Image

I haven't a clue? It's a ktm 450 exc 2007

KTM RFS engine if the oil seal between the camshaft and the water pump starts to weep/leak oil it collects in the ‘O’ carrier then drains through the drilling in the head, see page 6-11c in the attached manual. If the leak gets worse then oil will contaminate the cooling system.
