Good to see I'm not the only one using it. It had a TRO removed in December after it expired and wasn't renewed.

Shame it's a bit far out for most members as it's a good lane to ride.

We did a lane clearing party back in February but it's starting to need a bit of attention again, I'll get up there with the cutters.

There is a local somewhere at the bottom who keeps building rock pyramids with bits of the old closure notice included. It's on my route out and back from RedhillI , every time I use it I take down the pyramid and next time it's back again.

They also tried to block the top with the red roadwork bollards you can see at the end of your video.

Oh... I hope I didn't do anything illegal.
I didn't see anything saying it wasn't open

No nothing illegal it is definitely open now to motorcycles. The restriction on it is for vehicles with 3 or more wheels.

It is supposed to be having gates put on it to stop the 4x4's using it but I guess the council doesn't have the money to put them up.

my favourite long way home back that lane ... often a real trials course of logs and stuff that the walkers create .. think its just off the pilgrims way ... ... they don't realise that its much more interesting and I wish I could thank them for helping make the lane a bit more technical !

Also never stop to have a play in the small chalk quarry off the side .. that is off piste and shouldn't be encouraged (on an open forum :-) )
