No longer getting digests

Hi, any idea why I'm no longer getting my daily 9 am digest? I haven't changed my settings and on checking they seem the same: daily at 9. :?

Try disabling it, and re-enabling it, that should sort it out.. Mine are working again.

Thanks Steve, the old turn off turn on thing, should of thought of that myself!

I've now done this so I await 9am tomorrow :)

Scott,

I've checked the forum logs and the digest was emailed to you.

Do you have a junk / spam email folder? - I'd look in there.

Also check that your email address is correct in your profile.

If it's not in a spam folder and your email address is correct I will need to sift through a large email log to see if i can spot anything, but that's a PITA, so I'll hold fire and see what you say first.

Nope, checked the spam/offers of sex/ re-claiming of PPI file and nothing to do with the TRF in there! I was getting the digest fine for a few months but the it stopped, could it have anything to do with the shut down of the site you did about the same time (wild guess as I know nothing about this stuff..? :?

Translation:
The IP address of the Email server which handles mail for this forum is one of a range of IP addresses which are on Hotmail's blacklist. I've contacted my Internet Service Provider in the hopes of having this resolved as I don't feel I should have been sold a blacklisted / abused IP address :evil:

Right, the ISP said I can't just change 1 IP address and I'd need to change all of them in the range which meant bringing down 6 servers!!! :roll:

Just finished getting them all back online and talking to each other. Also did a test on the mail server to check we're not blacklisted by Hotmail and...
