Just a reminder that club night is this coming Tuesday!

The agenda is as follows.

8-30
Arrive grab a beer, meet new members, informal chat.
Welcome to new, old and prospective members!
We are here to discuss routes, ride outs, answer any questions etc.
John will have the marked up maps for TRF members.
(8-30 to formal bit and after formal bit- Steve Sharp will going over the maps and showing the routes for those that want to learn new routes. Routes: Hindhead to South Downs & looping back. Alton to South Downs & looping back. Tilford to Hindhead & looping back.)

I will be collecting nominations for our annual awards ceremony which will be at our club night in January.

The S London & Surrey TRF Group will be holding their annual ‘Xmas Curry’ on Tuesday 19th December 2017 as an extra monthly club night.

You are invited!!

Despite Brexit, this year we have managed to reduce the cost by £5.00 to a bargain £15.00 per person

• Venue: Ripley British Legion, 25 Rose Lane, Ripley, Woking, Surrey, GU23 6NE
• Timings: Club night 7:30 for 8PM. Curry: From 8.30PM

• Booking: We need to know how many people to will require food. Please email [email protected] with your name to book food or see me at the club night tomorrow. Bookings are REQUIRED by Tuesday 12th December please. No booking, No food!

• Menu: The award winning Ripley Curry Garden have kindly agreed to provide an Indian Buffet with Onion Bhajees, Bombay Aloo (potatoes), Chicken Tikka Masala (milder curry option), Chicken Madras (hotter curry option), Lamb Bhuna, Pilau Rice and Nan bread.

• Cost: The cost for food is £15 per head. Payment will be taken on the night – cash only please!

What do you need to do now?

1. Put the date in your diary!
2. Send an email to [email protected] (or see me tomorrow) and book your place!
3. Speak to TRF members local to you and arrange transport between you
4. Tell others and get them involved!

N.B. Unlike our runs out once you have put your name down you will be expected to turn up/pay for the meal otherwise we will be out of pocket.

Last year we had 34 diners so lets make sure we beat that this year.
