Notice of AGM - Tuesday 23 January 2018

We will have our short and informal AGM as January club night - Tuesday 23 January 2018, 8:30pm, Royal British Legion, Rose Lane, Ripley.

The agenda will include officers' reports, financial report and opportunity for questions. We will hold elections for Officer positions. We'll then have our annual awards ceremony. We try to keep it all good fun and not too formal!

The formal officer positions are:
- Chair (currently myself, Steven Taylor)
- Group Representative (currently Tony Rowlands)
- Treasurer (currently Viv Offord, who is not a TRF member but used to be, and who has been content to continue to support us in this role)
- Rights of Road Officer (currently Brian Cohen)
- New Member Officer (currently Tony Rowlands)
- Equestrian Officer (currently Brian Cohen)
- Secretary (currently Steve McCormick)

We have also got others who have been doing lots of stuff to the Group.

If anyone has any questions or is interested in getting more involved in the group please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Apparently there are more raffle prizes including training. Plus, our annual awards ceremony.

Here is the result of the AGM Officers vote. All had unanimous support:

Chair - Steven Taylor
Group Representative - Tony Rowlands
Treasurer - Viv Offord
Rights of Road Officer 1 - Brian Cohen
Rights of Road Officer 2 - vacant
New Member Officer - Nigel
Equestrian Officer - Pippa Beeson
Secretary - Steve McCormick
Aldermaston Nomad Event Officer - Kev Greening

Officers and some others meet quarterly, next meeting is Tues 6 Feb 8pm at the Stepping Stones Westhumble, all members welcome to join us.
