Recommended 4-stroke engine builder ??

Anyone know a good 4-stroke engine re-builder. ? Location not too important; reputation is.

Not my bike, a mate's DRZ 400 E. Suspect main bearings or maybe balancer shaft issues.

I find it interesting as usually Dr z a pretty bullet proof. Has it been maintained?
