The National TRF AGM has been scheduled for 8 January in Swindon.

There will be more detailed information issued to all members later this month. Group reps and Chairs have had been asked for views, if you want to know more ahead of the official all member communications then please get in touch.

I expect to go and Derek has indicated he is likely to as well. There will be elections for officers and Derek or myself can cast proxy votes on your behalf.

This needs to be posted by 5 January and you should tell me that you have sent it, so that your vote doesn't go astray.
I will have some forms when out on the 27th run.

I plan to go to the National TRF AGM on 8 January to represent our Group. Members should have received an email about this.
I will bring proxy voting forms on my run tomorrow so that South London and Surrey Group has some clout at the National AGM voting elections.
Or I would encourage you to send a form off yourself - you can nominate myself; or Derek Vansittart who has indicated he will be attending.
