6 people in 2 hire vans (assume you have to hire vans) = £255 per person
6 people 1 large van and 3 to fly = £255 per person
7 people 1 large van and 4 to fly = £241 per person

Let me know if you want to see the spreadsheet and the calcs

Grateful for grant/dave/rich ... flying worked well for us and didnt work out any more expensive.
