Ride leader, Easy to Intermediate, Friday Friday 27 April

Hi All,

I’ve been riding quite a bit of enduro in the past but I’m new to TRF and new to Surrey. I just bought a Honda CRF250L which is similar to what I’ve been riding in the past. I can’t wait to try it out on the trails.

I’m looking for a ride, Easy to Intermediate, for Sunday 15 April or either day the weekend after, 21-22 April. I’m also available during the weekdays. Let me know what works for you. And if anybody else wants to join...

Hi Jonas,

My name is Ian and i live in Merton Abbey SW19 (in between Colliers Wood and South Wimbledon).

I have been green laning a long time and am quite willing to lead you on the trails of Surrey and Hampshire, i have never competed and only ever ridden for fun so my standard of riding is not on the competitive side.

I need to get a ride in before the end of the month as have not ridden off road since a fall on my road bike last August.

A weekday ride would suit me as less traffic on the lanes, A Friday would be good as no work the next day. (27th or Monday 23rd)

Do you have a way of transporting your bike, van or trailor etc.

Let me know your thoughts and we can hopefully get out soon.

Thanks for getting in touch. Friday 27 April would be great. 23 April would work too but I prefer 27 April.

I don’t have any means of transporting the bike, I was just going to ride it down to the trails. Let me know if that works for you.

OK, i will ask for a day off and aim for the 27th.

Depending on weather we can either go from around Box Hill base or down to Hindhead.

I should be able to put your bike on my bike rack to make life easier, it's a long way to Hindhead.

I will try and let you know asap if confirmed day off, hopefully over weekend.

I will make a decision based on weather forecast where to ride if ok with you.

If you can come to my house on the morning to load that would be good, address is Landseer Close, Merton Abbey SW19 2UT, it's number 1 but you will find it hard to locate. You will see a red Fiat Doblo van on in parking spaces to right hand side of Landseer Close which is a dead end, i should be there to meet you, let me know what time works for you.
