it would be worth asking on facebook as well.
I have not been using the forum much as I don't get daily digests so I miss stuff on here all the time and I cannot be the only one.

If you don't find someone to take you out on 22nd. Surrey TRF will soon be advertising details of the 1st Saturday of the month run.
