I will be attending the East Surrey Forum, we need someone to attend the West Surrey Forum. I normally attend the meeting from 7-30, but its up to you if you can attend earlier.

Its important that we have a representative there, I can explain all about it via phone or email or PM.

Wednesday 6th May 2015

18.00 – 19.00 Informal discussion session with individual Countryside Access staff, who will be available for this hour. This is your opportunity to raise issues concerning specific paths/areas and to get an update on previously reported issues.
19.00 – 19.30 A short, informative talk with slides, on a countryside access topic. This year the topic will be on the Council’s Countryside Access Management System (CAMS) and providing digital information for the public/stakeholders (20min talk and 10min questions).
19.30 – 20.45 Meeting. We will provide an update on current issues and what we have been doing. It is your opportunity to raise general questions on countryside access. To ensure everyone has a chance to contribute, we ask that there is a limit of one question each. Agenda below:
