Charlie has sent me a helpful link to all the papers in one place - http://www.lvtrf.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1300. These are all on the National Forum but currently scattered about.

I got mine.. it was just the bit where you nominate who has your proxy asks for their number.. but I'll leave it blank and you can pop yours on there..

Just a week left to register your proxy vote for the AGM.
All you need to do is print the form, fill in the top part and tick "on all agenda items", sign and date.

Or send it to me [email protected] (I will send it on in, but I will also know I've had it and that it doesn't get lost!)
I will be going to the AGM to represent our group so please take a few moments to ensure our group has influence over the voting!

Thanks Gavin and everyone else who has sent me a proxy voting form.
I have just submitted all those I've received so far, I've had forms for approx one eighth of the club, so would be great to have some more from the other seven eighths so that our Group have as much influence on the voting as possible.
There is still time to submit a proxy voting form. The deadline is 9 October.
My membership number is xz091999yq. You can send me the form either by email or in the post, that way I can keep track and ensure none go missing.
Or you can scan it and send it in direct to [email protected] (you can also copy me in if you wish - [email protected]
All members should have received a special edition of Trail from Mario on 1 October which all the info about the AGM.
