Message from Hants riders

Hi, the Hants riders have requested a sort of voluntary restraint on 5 ways, and the other East Meon byways: they are open to bikes, but they have not stood up well to winter, and the recent repairs have not all been succesful. They recommend to ride across the ruts, to break down the ridges, rather than deepen the already deep ruts. This will also help with the poor drainage. Please co- operate with this request, the situation on these byways is balanced on a rut's edge. Thanks bc
