Did take it off road a few times, it was ok but not great, a bit poo actually when compared to the WRF.

Hi Cabby, I have an XL600V too. Love it. It's my every day commuter and it tackles corners chasing sports bikes which is amazing

Welcome Cabby,are you a London black cabby with green badge?
I ride my honda dominator nx650 single off road quite often, got a lovely torquey motor. i took the side fairing off and put a raised front mudguard on her, number plate is made out of rubber sheet 5mm thick i think. Get a spare set of wheels with knobblies and shes fine. With road tyres on my dommie is a great european tourer, northern spain is great, i went all the way to Santiago in Galicia NW peninsula.
Keep the throttle open.
