Hi All,
Just joined the TRF since deciding to take up a new challenge and try some green laneing.
I have been a biker for the past 19 years but have stuck to sports/sports tourers up to now. I currently own a Kawasaki Z1000SX and it's perfect for tours into Europe (something I've done for the last 5 years).
I'm missing this year as my wife and I are expecting our first child next month, so I decided to invest the money I would have spent on a 1994 Kawasaki KLX250. I bought in in Janurary and have spent a few months getting it mechanically sound and through an MOT - she's leaking a bit of oil and has a bit of trouble with the kickstart gear, but nothing I can't sort in the winter months and nothing stopping me from using her now.
I ride mostly with my best mate who has just bought an XR250 to join in our new adventures - he's not joined the TRF yet but I've already started working on him to become a member!
Have so far only done a morning in the lanes around Dorking and had great fun. Have marked up and located lots of others in the area so looking forward to riding these too.
I hope to join in some of the led rides you organise and look forward to meeting some of you soon.

Hi Corky, welcome aboard. lots of rides posted on here as we are quite an active group,we also have a club night once a month which will give you a chance to meet some of us.Where are you based ?

Ah Muppet,`Greetings from Reigate`will be a sort of clue to where you are based, our monthly meet is in Ripley two hops round the M25 .

Hi All, Im also new to the TRF, been out twice and loved it, going pretty much to every newbie ride! 
I think I rode with you the first time corky, grey drz400, full of mud by the end of the day, somehow it turned quite challenging towards the end of the day...
Anyway, I also live in Reigate, let me know if you want to meet up, Im also riding this saturday with Dave, maybe going to club nite next tuesday.
