Newbie introduction

Postby mexbiker » Sun May 26, 2013 5:29 pm

Hi there - having returned to the UK last year after more than 20 years as an expat (miss the beer and the weather!), I am looking to do some trail riding. I continue to travel extensively for my work and am currently in Mexico, where I lived for 12 years and where I used to ride (XR400 and CRF230) with mates in the hills around Mexico City - am guessing that the risks in Surrey are somewhat different (more horses and the Barbour set than rattlesnakes and armed drug dealers!).

I have just purchased an '04 WR250F which I am due to pick up next weekend when back in the UK. I live near Horsham so am not far away from Surrey and am interested in participating in any forthcoming rides, particularly those with an emphasis on the less technically adept, more geriatric rider!!

Cheers - enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend in the UK!

Richard
