Ashdown forest mx track

Looking at possibly going up here on Sunday for a ride around with Stewie. Does anyone else fancy it. ?






Track Directions
Ashdown Farm, Aston Tirrold, Didcot, Oxford, OX11 9DR
Ashdown practice track is situated off the A417 between Blewbury and Streatley.
Take the track signposted to 'The Downs' which is opposite Halfpenny Lane and the Cholsey road. Follow this track which turns into the Fair Mile and as the ground opens up the course is on the right through the gate.
The council have now put a barrier up preventing access on some days through 'the downs' road. If the barrier is closed, turn left back onto the main road, then drive just for a short distance and you will see a farm entrance on your left, you can use this entrance to access the mx track.

Been a few times now, I don't think they open the big enduro loop that goes right over the other side to the west, due to a right of way in the middle I think.

fantastic place to go ... just beware the first lap as you go flying over the first jump and realise its like eddie the eagle landing a ski jump !!
