Extra heavy tubes new - vee rubber
Front and rear ultra heavy duty tubes brand new

Never tried VeeRubber but can vouch for ultra heavies. Never had a flat running them and I really should have a couple of times; like when I bent a rim.

Yes, these are a good tube, but I would add the following caveates that I have found with them. I have noticed these tubes have more of an tendancy to move about inside the tyre, ultimatly tearing out the valve stem.This may be due to the increased weight, or the fact that they are of a slightly narrower profile than cheaper tubes.
Make sure they are are the size for your tyre, also run a little higher PSI.
Leave the valve stem locking nut up against the dust cap, rather than tightened down to the rim, this way you will see if the tube is starting to creep, as the valve stem will lean over in the opposite direction to the tubes movement direction.
If it does, don't panick, let the air out, break the rim to bead seal, hold the brake on, pull the tyre rim back round to line up the valve again, re-inflate.
