£1 too cheap.

Postby Billy » Mon Oct 06, 2014 8:06 pm

The run money is too cheap, should be £2 now. We can spend the extra club funds on events like last summers barbie/road book weekend and stuff like that. If you come out with me and only want to pay a pound, come lunchtime I will take you into the woods and tie you to a tree and let you find your own way out of that. We have talked about this before but done nothing about it, bout time we did.

P.S. Sharpie can I have some club funds to buy some really strong string.........

No, do it. It's a cheap day out but the cost isn't the point. As Dave said as long as there's enough for beer at the end if the day it's fine.

Casting vote goes to Lord 'Elp Us of Sharp ness I guess

£2 is still cheaper than it should be considering how much most of us would pay for a decent guide.
What about a first run free for newbies?
Luke.

It’s not going to break the bank. £2 won’t even get you a decent sandwich from the shop.

£2 is a drop in the ocean compared to the ongoing maintenance costs of a KTM
