So how many Trials bike owners are there??

Postby Luke B » Mon Jan 12, 2015 5:36 pm

Just got myself a trials bike and found a good venue very local to Dorking, £15 play from 10ish till 2ish, Its at the Old Quarry trials and fishery. Its a free ride site so you can choose where you go. lots of logs and steep climbs etc to test your skills.
Anyone fancy meeting up for a play, they are open fri sat sun ?

One more here.

Betchworth quarry is good but Hookwood trials club and pratice centre nr West Horsley is much better and open on the 4th Saturday of every month. Jim Connor, the owner, always sets up some really good sections, graded for every ability. It is £20 for the day and is always a great day out and a very friendly atmosphere.

Hopefully see you there sometime on my Twinshock, but not this month unfortunately.

I did ride the Arthur Repton Trial yesterday with the Normandy club and rode the TVTC series yellow route last year.

No lycra here, much too modern.

I've had my little GasGas 200 for a few years now. I, along with a couple of lads from Southern Group do up to 10 trials a year with North Hampshire Motor Club. Hungry Hill near Aldershot is our favorite venue with Bagshot a close second.

I'm still a "Yellow" though; got into trials about 40 years too late probably :-(

Graham, on his Beta Rev
Brian, on his TY
Steve, on his TY
and Gavin on his TY, there is a theme going here!

See you at Hookwoods sometime.
