Surrey TRF current Injury List

One of my dogs bit me yesterday and I had to put a really big plaster on it.........................

That's terrible news! Did it bite you because your Husky nutted it?
[See post in "Rides ..." where you mentioned that your Husky nuts dogs]

Was it a very big plaster?
And did you put the plaster on you or the dog? ("It" could have referred to either)

It was a really,really big plaster and it was an unprovoked attack by a bad tempered wee scottish bitch (oh no ,sorry thats the wife) by a bad tempered wee scottish terrier...................

I hearby submit the evidence of my interaction with a tree on Wolvens lane. A vehicle coming the other way (too fast? I'll never know) a dab of front brake on a dry and dusty surface (I always forget how slippy the lanes are when it's dry) the bike slid right and I went left into a tree at maybe 10-15 mph. Hit left bar which bent the handguard back into the 12 o'clock position and mashed my fingers, I took a big hit on the chest armour (thank god for that chest armour!) and the chin bar of my Airoh Stelt which is almost unmarked despite the fact that the ligaments in both sides of my jaw are strained.

All in all I reckon I got of lightly.

Ouch unlucky not-so-little-John!

Those Airoh helmets are good huh? I was dissing mine a while back but when I saw the date I bought it i was impressed.

Any pics of the bike?
