Re: Mudevee
I am truly saddened to hear of Derek's passing. He was a true gent & committed TRF member. He was always there to assist a fellow member. He helped me with loads of things, and I was fortunate to ride with him in April when he was still strong enough to ride.
RIP Buddy

Re: Mudevee
So sad. He was in our thoughts and prayers when we were out on the trails on Sunday.
A great loss to the fellowship.

So sad. What a great guy.
I remember the time he did his collarbone out in Spain and he still did the return trip back through a dry river bed. Tough as nails. He will be missed.

Re: Mudevee
Very sad news.Condolences to the family.
I knew Derek first from a Timber Woods Ldt, when he joined our team, then in Spain in 2012, where we rode in different teams, but both as Surrey TRF.
He will be much missed, and well remembered.

Re: Mudevee
RIP Derek, you were a top man who single handedly did so much for this club - an events organiser extraordinaire! An extremely tough act for anyone to follow.
