Hi all, just a heads up, out again this Sunday meeting at the green in Broadbridgeheath at 1300hrs. Just a shortish one about 20 miles on mix terrain.
It's a great way to keep ride fit or just fitness in general.

Re: MTB...
Well 5 of us headed out today ( 4 out of the 5 are TRF members
) , weather was spot on, the pace on the other hand was pretty slow as I'm still carrying a few ( a lot
) of extra pounds from Christmas, Stuart E on the other hand put us all to shame, very ride fit
still only the second big ride of the year
The route was a mix of Bridleways, UCR's and back roads, total distance 25.8 miles with a few stops thrown in
8* and sunny
Quick repair, if only I could change the 525 tube as quick, bloomin Hawthorns

Still a bit wet, but no traffic

Upper body training as well

Slight technical flaw in the Poo Sticks race

Everyone is welcome to join us, great fun way to keep/get fit, thanks for the company see you on the next one
