Hello surrey.
Is the above road a UCR or Byway? It shows as a road on my map? Any one with local knowledge

Its not a Byway. It looks like a UCR and is shown as an ORPA on Street Map, which uses Ordnance Survey maps. I don't know if it has vehicular rights, but usually ORPAS do have them, we have a bit of a gap in our knowledge of all UCRs in Surrey. Were still trying to locate the List of Streets.
Perhaps someone else who lives out that way will know.
