Did anyone else go to the Witley mcc bxde on Friday at slab common ? What a great day out, mud fest. Watched a mate of mine, a chap called Louis Davis, 55, short . He came 27th out of 180 riders on a ktm exc 300 . Total admiration for the bloke. The marshals were knee deep in mud in some places, pointing out best routes for the riders to take, top men . Like standing in the middle of water lane Alton helping people get through. Only one thing would piss me off , lining up at the time keepers tent. Have to have a go one day, but on an old bike, because they get wrecked .

i used to really enjoy this event at Slab but after several years i decided it was not worth it because i spent more time and money fixing the bike after the event than i did riding it .
