Mice is the collective noun for the rodent.

That does looks really good, I'm tempted, I bet it's not that easy getting a hard old tyre off though and it's another big bag of stuff in the garage that gets used once a year. I've been looking at these 60 quid bead breakers too, means working on your knees though.

Spent an hour with a bead breaker and a big pile of levers and screwdrivers then gave up and took them down to P&H

Not sure why anyone bother tbh... My mechanics struggle with a machine let alone by hand!

Yeah I know what you mean. Especially if they have thick tyre walls like the maxxis. Trying to knee a tyre off simply won't happen sometimes and need to work it off diligently with a load of levers. The tyres peoe seem to be using when they are changing without fuss look like they are made from super flexi rubber haha

come on boys this is not a difficult job
i always do mine at home and only use levers/spanners/skill
if you really feel its too much for you go to Watling tyres in Swanley who will sell you a tyre/mousse and fit it for you

I tried a few times but seem to pinch the tubes. I guess practice makes perfect. Warming the tyres by the radiators is supposed to help but not tried it. In my mind ten quid at my local tyre place is well spent in getting it done every so often.
