probably been covered to death, i did do a search i promise. has anyone discovered some that aren't too bulky, possibly might keep my hands warm too as well as dry? I've seen sealskins have a large range but with nowhere to try them on a recommendation would be great.
thanks guys.

I like Alpine Star - Dry Star gloves. Pretty warm and waterproof. Not bulky. I use them on my road bike and for trail riding on a cold / wet day. I have had them for years, so not sure if still available. I got mine from normal road bike shop.
Just looked on their site and there are few different types of dry star, mine are material rather than leather but with some leather on the palm.. Not trendy but good..
A good tip - always take a spare pair of gloves with you in a plastic bag in your backpack.

I've got some seal skins, have used them a few times and they have been warm and dry, in fact a bit too warm sometimes and hands can get sweaty inside. I like them I just bought them in blacks they had plenty to try on in the one I went to or you can try mine if you like to see if you like them.
