Hi. Need a new chain and sprockets for my 450 EXC.
Any recommendations Re sprocket ratio..
Was thinking 14/52 twinring.
Chain type O or X ring or neither..
Also where to shop.
Cheers Mike

Motoward in Rudwick ( http://www.motoward.co.uk/ ) good shop, very help full, the gearing would depend on what you want the bike to do, I've got 14/50 on the 525, and after some quite shocking chains that I've purchased recently, the xring seem the one to go for IMHO.

Off the beaten track!.

I've never had any issues with Renthal Chains and either Renthal or JT sprockets. I think the chain I use is an R3
BandCexpress hold good stock and give good service but I think the last one I got came off evilBay
