Looking forward to my first ride this weekend
I have new AC10 tyres fitted to my Honda SL230 and was wondering what the tyre pressures should be for green laning?
Also, I will be riding about 15 miles there and back on tarmac.
Any advice please?
Cheers.

Re: Tyre pressures
Naz,
I'm no expert myself but I have the same tyres on a KLX250 and 21psi in front and back - I have ridden on lanes and tarmac with these and it felt good to me
However, I am sure there will be more tried and tested (and reliable) information from others to come.
Look forward to meeting you Sunday

Re: Tyre pressures
Bit subjective this one. Ten riders will give you ten differing opinions...............
Mine is - around 14PSI (12 - 14ish) front and rear for green laning.
Any more and you become entertainment for other road users.
Much less than this and you are more likely to pull a puncture (unless you have mouses) and become entertainment for your fellow riders

Re: Tyre pressures
Everyones different, but a good starting point, id set thé pressure the same as the wheel size, ie 21 front 18 back and mess about with them from there, but I would suggest not to low unless you have rim locks fitted.
Off the beaten track!.

Good point about rim locks - I don't have them.
