Motorcycle Live @ Excel London - Volunteers for a TRF stand?

Hi All - just had this from Mario - anyone who wants to volunteer to act as a project manager - please step forward

We have been offered a stand at London MCN which historically has been our most successful show for sign ups.

I have posted the following up on the Forum & FB – as we are looking for Event or Day project Managers ideally from the South East based groups catchment area to include;

Essex
Kent
Loddon Vale (Melanie are you the chair now?)
Sussex
Surrey/S London
Herts


Which given previous events benefit most from sign ups.

Let me know if you want to get more involved.

Friday 12th - Sunday 14th February 2016

If the local Groups wish to appoint a day Project Manager and staff a stand , TRF Marketing will be happy to assist with;

Making & Paying for the booking
Display Stand & Set up
Banners
Materials
Sign up forms
Template stand manning rotas
Template H&S forms
Credit Card payment system
Internet
Promotion of the TRF's attendance
& offer to cover stand costs outside the local group budget.

The first step is for an "Event" or "Day" Project Manager to step forward to manage our attendance at the event including staffing and selling TRF memberships and passing payments and order to the membership dept for processing.
