Thanks to all for your offers to help.

I will be in touch once the police issue a final itinerary.

As it stands I have Myself and John Barber on the stand in Wolvens Lane, Kevin G and Gary S with the police vehicle on Sheepwalk, Pippa, Andy Peter S and John at Frensham with the Waverley neighbourhood police team. Riding with the police motorcycle from Wolvens will be Stewie, Steven T and Bullet51 (apologies, I don't know your name).

This arrangement can be fluid on the day to allow people to ride and move around.

More info later,
Murray.

Hi All,

Final instruction have now been received from Sgt Andy Adams and the day, Sunday 19th, will proceed as follows;

Start time from 9.00am set up for 9.30 start to 2.00pm breakdown for 2.30 finish.

For the group trail riding with the police;
Stewie
Steven Taylor (lead 0 7 7 9 6 1 7 2 3 9 7)
Dave (Dangerous)
John Toogood (Bullet 51)
Please meet at Wolvens Lane Byway 526 at the junction of Bridleway 523 between 9.00 and 9.30 am. This is the Plough pub end of the lane but a few hundred yards along it (don't wait at the end of the lane).

Wolvens Lane static group;
Murray Laban (lead 0 7 8 8 6 0 2 7 0 6 7)
John Barber
Meet at the location as above from 9.00 am to set up. Also here Forestry Commission, MVDC, Surrey CC, National Trust, GLASS, Police, Spur (Police horse riders).

Sheepwalk Lane static group, junction with Honeysuckle Bottom;
Kevin Greening (lead 0 7 9 0 4 9 7 4 7 1 5)
Gary Sharpe
Meet the police Ford Ranger at the location between 9.00 and 9.30. GLASS & National Trust will also be here, mobile police passing through.

Frensham Ponds/Waverley static location group;
Peter Sullivan (lead 0 7 7 4 5 2 7 8 6 3 5)
Pippa Beeson
Andy Wenlock
John Southall (please liaise with Peter)
Meet PS Crane at the rangers hut on Beacon Lane by Frensham great pond 9.00 then move to static location at Priory Lane between byways 521 and 522 9.30. Also here Police Ford Ranger, Waverley neighbourhood team & GLASS.

The police want to have 2 representatives from each organisation on station at all times so it should be possible to rotate and go for a ride by swapping with the mobile team (Wolvens and Sheepwalk) or riding out in pairs (Frensham).

The police have asked all organisations to wear uniform if available so if you have a TRF shirt etc please wear it.

I don't have any contact details for;
Stewie
John Toogood
John Southall
Pippa and Andy

If you PM me your email address I can forward the full itinerary to you, it would also be useful to have a contact phone number.

Any members out for a ride please drop by and say hello.

Thanks to all for your help,
Murray.

It was a good day all in all, we had the Ranger, police, Glass and us. Talked to a few members of the public, horse riders and trail riders. We be parked on the by way in Frensham. We were fed, watered, coffee'd and tea,d by a very nice man in a Landrover of which were very grateful. The ranger is very keen for a rights of way person to come along and represent the trf at a later date for more awareness and understanding to the local residents. Image
