Aimed primarily at new members and improvers, a good way to meet fellow newbies and for you to get an idea of what the TRF does without worrying about pace, we want you to ride in your own comfort zone, riding safely is paramount. We were all newbies once and if you have already joined us at club night you'll see for some this was a very long time ago However, we have passion for what we do and we are willing to share the knowledge and experience we have gained over our many years enjoying this great pastime.
Please arrive with a full tank of petrol, tools for minor repairs, spare tubes and RAC/AA recovery for non repairable breakdowns.
Bookings will be taken after club night (4th Tuesday of each month) and priority will be given to new members/non members that have attended club night. We are happy to take non members out for one or two rides but if you wish to ride with us regularly we would like you become a member of the TRF. There is a run fee donation of £2 collected on the morning of the ride.
If you want to reserve a place, put your name down on this post.

Re: Newbie, improvers, Monthly Runs 3rd Sat/Sun
Had a great day leading the 2nd newcomers group. It was very foggy on higher ground most of the day but everyone seems to have had a good time. Hope to see you all back for another run soon.
Gary carrying out the briefing
A bit foggy
Happy smiley people (Sorry about the focus)
We had such a lovely response from all the people we met on the lanes today, not one grumpy person I don't know whether it was simply because we were courteous or we were just lucky with the folks we met, either way it was a pleasure being out today

Very good news! It might be the the result of all the good PR we do as a group, or maybe its just your good nature shining through the fog.
