Tony,
I would be interested in doing the course. I'm guessing that you are working on the cost based on number of interested people.

I muddled through remembering what I could from previous work related first aid training and thankfully with the help of others, things turned out well.

As a result I was keen to do a Biker Down course, which I was able to complete in January this year.

The course was excellent, delivered in a friendly non intimidating fashion by very knowledgeable people. It provides you with the skills you need to deal with an accident confidently if you find yourself in that situation. I can't recommend the course highly enough.

Biker Down/First Aid training is crucial in dealing with an accident and is provided by the Fire Brigade.

Would anyone be interested in this course?

If so, could you please add your name to this thread. If enough people would like to attend I will talk to the Fire Brigade to arrange a date.

Hi Tony,

I had been progressing this via WVAM.

If we can get a couple of dates which we would like this course to run then we can arrange with Guilldford fire station and WVAM.

Friday nights seem to be preferred:

How about

Friday 3/3
Friday 10/3
Friday 17/3
Friday 24/3
Friday 31/3

Any preference??

Thanks

17/03 should probably be avoided as I think a few of the names, including mine, are off at Sweetlamb,

Peter.

Hi Tony,

You have quite a few names now. Great job!
Rather than going down the route of trying to get everyone to agree a date, can I suggest that you decide on a date and go for it - those that want it will make the effort to get there and those that can't make it will catch the next one.

Otherwise you'll end up 'herding cats' - ask me how I know!

Cheers matey!
