TTR as a first bike

TTR 250 as first off trail bike for a novice. Any thoughts or just give it a go!

No reason at all why a TTR should be your first (and even only) trail-bike. Very capable bikes.

I'd have a blue plastic tanked model in my garage if I found one at the right money.

Nowt wrong with a TTR, very capable machine they tend to hold there value as well.

TTR 250 great starter bike with nice gentle power delivery, easy maintenance, dedicated forum and specialist online parts supplier.
The only drawback is that it is heavy otherwise great bike.
