Mongolia Tour

Postby Suzuki-Stumpy » Wed Jul 02, 2014 7:37 am

Hey everyone.

I've now been back from my Mongolia tour for a couple of weeks, but only now got around to posting photos and what have you owing to the injuries I sustained on the third day of riding. I unfortunately managed to high side after the front wheel tucked under in sand at high speed which has resulted in a broken hand and tendon damage to my leg.

Luckily, the doc says that there's no permanent damage so I'll hopefully be fully functional before the summer is finally dead and buried behind us.

For the record, I can honestly say that the riding in Mongolia is superb (if not particularly varied), and would heartily recommend a trip out there to anyone.

Photos can all be viewed on my flickr photo album at https://www.flickr.com/photos/97866337@ ... 458534541/ (I won't post any in here since there are way too many to choose from).

Cheers,
Mark.

Hi Mark,

Great pictures and hope your recovery is swift.

This sort of stuff goes down very well on forums like http://www.adventurebikerider.com/forum.html

Cheers

Gavin

Cheers Gavin. I've already messaged the magazine via Facebook as they asked me to get photos, but haven't posted yet to their forums. Will have to do so.
