Pitchfont Lane and Sandy Lane Titsey
Does anyone know if these are BOAT's?

Sandy lane is a Public Bridleway leading onto a Public way on the intersection with Grub Street ( which is a dead end to the north )
Pitchfont lane from Sand lane north is a Bridleway until it crosses Water Lane it then turns into a BOAT whether or not it has a TRO on it you would have to check
