Exhaust headache

Hi all

Iv got KTM 300exc with a FMF pipe that's way to loud.
Im going to repack it in the near future.

Anyone got any tips or recommendations on the packing material.
I want the bike as quite as possible.

And any tips or recommendations on doing the job.

I just purchased the 'smok'n' kit from ebay or the same bike... but not had time to use it. It should be an easy job as the material expands with heat making the pre-expanded product easier to pack

Acousta-Fil gets a lot of good reviews. FMF also do various quiet insert cores which are meant to work well.
