The directors shall ensure that no less than half of the duration of the conference is set aside for agenda items chosen by the groups within the region that the conference is hosted. Therefore groups are invited to send in suggestions and agenda items before Wednesday 22nd June. Full agenda will be published on Friday 24th June.
