Newlands Corner: Objections to changes, now.

Hi: As discussed at the last club night, as users of Newlands Corner, you might like to object to the changes to this fantastic place as proposed by Surrey County Council. The first phase is now at planning, and the objection period ends on October 21st. Please have a look at the info posted below, and object soon, we not only use this as a ride -out meeting point, but also use the cafe, toilets, enjoy the views, but there is also a byway though this site, ie Water Lane. So we do have a valid interest here. And the other rights of way user groups ( horse riders, cyclists, and yes, even walkers) who are all objecting will appreciate the TRF support here, and this may help us in the future too.

Please get your objection letter in soon, stating 'Objection', and give name, address , some reasons for objection, etc. Have a look at the Save Newlands Corner info below. Thanks bc
