Stewie suggests Chinese rads off eBay as replacements. Cheap and welded.
For rad guards I suggest ones that also act as braces and cover the front of the rad with a one once gap to protect from intruding branches or anything that might accidentally pierce the rad.
Devol look to do nice ones.
